COORDINATED TRAINING AND PHYSIOLOGICAL INDICES IN YOUNG TENNIS PLAYERS

ABSTRACT Introduction: Motor coordination and physiological functions in young players are crucial for maximum performance training. To release the potential of athletes their competitive careers, it is necessary to open way careers first years performance. Objective: Analyze effect training tennis on prescribed physical conditioning its indicators. Methods: 12 were randomly selected divided into experimental control groups. Technical, speed, endurance, exercise indicators recorded. Results: After six weeks experiment, group had a particularly significant improvement 30-meter speed quality, about 0.5 seconds; forehand backhand swing scores before experiment 75.01, after was 89.79, an increase 14.78 points, revealing improvement. The also excelled terms exercise. Conclusion: Coordination can effectively improve players, with being most evident without altering external characteristics. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
